DESCRIPTION

2.4 inch TFT-LCD module with resolution 240x320 pixels. This module is built in with Himax8347-I IC; it supports 4-wire SPI interface, supply voltage for analog (VDD) range from 2.5V to 3.0V. It is a high brightness version, brightness 700 nits (typical value). View Direction 6 o'clock, Gray scale inversion 12 o'clock, contrast ratio 500:1.

This TFT-LCD module is Portrait brightness 400 nits (typical value). Capacitive Touch Screen (RTP) on board. Operating temperatures from -20℃ to +70℃; storage temperatures from -30℃ to +80℃.

When DCX = ’1’, data is selected.
When DCX = ’0’, command is selected.
(SCL) This pin is also used as serial interface clock in 3-line 9-bit / 4-line 8-bit serial data interface.
If it's not used, this pin should be connected to IOVCC or GND.

12 WR(SPI_D/C) - 8080-Ⅰ/8080-Ⅱ system (WRX): Serves as a write signal and writes data at the rising edge.
- 4-line system (D/CX): Serves as Data or Command select.
