It is a graphic LCD display with a diagonal of 5.7 " and a resolution of 320 x 240 QVGA mono TFT Display. The external dimensions of the display is 160 x 109 x 8.74 mm (COG construction), and the active area is 115.2 x 86.4 mm. What is important, it is a monochrome model with TN positive LCD, but applied in the active matrix TFT, which allows for high contrast (800:1), high brightness 800 cd/m² and short response times. In short, the mono TFT display performance is much better on contrast, brightness and response time than traditional monochrome LCD module.

This display does not need an extended controller board to drive MCU control. The display can operate in mode 2, 4 or 16 shades of gray scale, depending on the settings. Because the display driver supports several communication modes : 3 - or 4-line serial interface and an 8 -bit parallel interface compatible with standard systems with 8080 or 6800 family, the desired mode is selected by user to choose appropriate interface to control the device system. It is also worth mentioning the possibility of introducing the device in sleep mode, which does not clear the memory contents of the display.
