DESCRIPTION

It is 1.71 inches graphic COG module with PCB. It has a resolution of 128x64 pixels and a CH1115 driver IC supporting a 4-wire SPI interface with 1/32 driving duty. Its logic supply voltage ranges from 1.8 V to 3.3 V; the typical value is 3 V.

The module can work within the temperature range of -40°C to +80°C; its storage temperatures cover from -40°C to +85°C.
