DESCRIPTION

 

3.2 inch diagonal full color 240x320 TFT LCD module. This module is built in with ILI9341V IC; it supports 8/ 9/ 16/ 18-bit 8080-series interface and 3-wire or 4-wire SPI interface. Module dimension of 54.04 x 77.6 mm and Active area size of 48.6 x 64.8 mm; it integrated ILI9341V controller on module, logic voltage range from 2.5v to 3.3v; it allows direct connection to 3.3v processors.

This 3.2" TFT LCD module is portrait mode, if you would like to use it as landscape mode please contact with us for more technical support. Operating temperatures from -20℃ to +70℃; storage temperatures range from -30℃ to +80℃.
